Glassware is packed with bubble wrap + EPE foam + double-wall cartons — the same system proven over 7 years as a JD.com top seller. Packing videos available for bulk orders; transit breakage is replaced 1:1 under our Returns & Warranty policy.

Customs & taxes

Under EXW/FOB terms import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility; under DDP we handle clearance and duties. Full export documents (invoice, packing list, COA/MSDS, certificate of origin) support smooth clearance.

Some chemicals/reagents are air-freight restricted or sea-only. Please confirm shippability and UN number requirements with our sales team before ordering.
